Shipping
Standard shipping for ready to wear items is 4-6 business days.
Rush shipping is 1-2 business days. There is an additional fee for rush shipping.
Our general turnaround time for custom designing is 14-21 days. This may vary depending on our volume.

All packages are assigned tracking numbers. Being that there is no signature required at delivery, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing.
Free shipping is not offered on international orders. International ready to wear orders ship out within 5-10 days.
Custom orders
Custom Pieces: If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, please send us your design request via email. Keep in mind we are creative designers. We do not create exact replications of inspiration photos or actual garments.
Once your order is placed we will begin working on your design. If your request changes, additional fees will apply and we will require the payment in order to continue.

Garments on our site: On items listed as custom designs, our fabrics come in limited quantity. If the fabric pictured is no longer available we will offer you a selection of other fabrics in stock.
Consultations: We offer one, in person or over the phone consultation per client, at no charge. Please understand that our time is very valuable. Please make every effort to keep your appointment. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a $25 non refundable reschedule fee will be assessed.
Deposit fee: Full payments are required to start orders under $400. 60% deposits are accepted for orders over $400.
The deposits are applied to your purchase, and are non-refundable.
Rush Orders: Our current turnaround is 10-14 days. There is $40 expedite fee to complete designs between 3-7 days.

Returns
Returns
Custom Designs: Refunds/Exchanges: Since your design is custom/made to order, refunds/exchanges are not accepted. Feel free to contact us with questions before you place your order.

Ready to wear line:
Due to Covid19 we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges. We are taking this precaution to ensure the safety of our customers.

Measurements
If you are sending your measurements for a custom design, please be sure your measurements are taken in shoes and any under garments you will wear with the garment. We cannot be held responsible if garments do not fit properly.
Measurements may be taken at a dry cleaners or other business that specializes in alterations. You can also take your measurements yourself. This is an easy task. There are several "how to" videos on YouTube. You may also send your size (small, med, large, etc) and we will use standard measurements.

Pre Orders
Pre-ordered items are reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates may change depending on the vendor. We will update you if there are any delays. All items in your order will be shipped with your pre-oder unless you contact us to arrange payment for separate shipping.
